Dr McCormack`s Clinical Background And Research
Dr McCormack BA, DClinP specialised in providing tinnitus therapy for adults in a range of NHS clinical settings. Her Doctoral study established that generalised unhelpful emotional behaviours and responses predict the experience and maintenance of tinnitus distress.
Title of Doctoral thesis: "An Empirical Investigation into the Relationship between Emotional Processing and Tinnitus Distress".
Dr McCormack is a member of the British Academy of Audiology.
